Account

Do I need an account to process files?

Yes for processing, credits, saved study packs, synced study progress, and synced planner sessions. Browser reminders still run only in an open browser tab on the device where you enabled them.

Why do I briefly see loading in the header?

The app checks your Firebase session first. During that short auth-pending state, the header stays in a neutral loading state until it knows which account is active.

Uploads

Do Lecture Notes require both slides and audio?

Yes. Lecture Notes uses slides plus audio together. If you only have slides, use Slides Extraction. If you only have audio, use Interview Transcription.

What does “Import from lecture video URL” mean?

It means you can paste the normal lecture video page from your LMS and let Lecture Processor fetch the audio for you. Direct playlist links also work, and Brightspace is one example of a supported flow.

Credits

Where do I buy credits?

Open Buy Credits. Payment is handled by Stripe.

What happens if processing fails?

Internal processing failures may trigger a credit refund based on the app’s refund logic. You can also contact support if something looks incorrect.

Study packs and batch mode

Where do generated packs go?

Saved packs appear in Study Library, where you can organize them into folders and launch study modes.

When should I use batch processing?

Use Batch Processing when you want to queue many rows in one submission and export the results together.
